The company is a combined outcome of fruitful efforts by Mr.Sunil, Mr.Lalit, Mr.Jayesh since 2006. Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.

In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, Rama Fashions recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:

  • Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.
  • Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors.
  • Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option.
  • Send your best fitting garment as sample.
  • Ask us to send you the dummy garment for the fittings & style approval before we start working on your original outfit or item.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that Rama Fashions may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at [email protected], within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Rama Fashions regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email us at [email protected], within 24 hours of receiving the product.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Rama Fashions for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Rama Fashions does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Rama Fashions shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to Rama Fashions shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to Rama Fashions within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Rama Fashions.

Safe receipt of defective product by Rama Fashions is sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then Rama Fashions shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Rama Fashions may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.

  • We offer delivery of our products across the globe. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so you must provide full street address with postal code / zip code and telephone / mobile number.
     
  • Please note that residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.
     
  • We do not ship the products on Sundays and public holidays in India as our logistic partner does not pick-ups on those days.
     
  • Once an order is dispatched, if order / product will return to us because of incomplete address / wrong address, then we are not responsible in such cases and we will not provide any refunds.

Shipping Cost

  • Shipping cost is based on the product weight and delivery location. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page.
     
  • We offer free shipping to within India.

Shipment and Tracking details

  • We use to send an email confirming the shipment of the order being placed, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and Courier Company’s website detail.
     
  • Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

VAT & Custom Duties

  • VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
     
  • International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
     
  • They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

What if any Delays

  • Times to ship the product mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
     
  • If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
     
  • Dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.

A. The updates are given for the orders by us at the time of orders getting in process.

Q. How long will it take for my order to reach me?

A. We take 4-5 business days (for Indian orders) & 10-15 business days (for International orders) for processing of your order. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular item.

A. Yes, shipping charges, they vary from country to country. You can determine the exact shipping cost to your country while placing an order.

Q. What are your shipping charges for deliveries inside India?


A. We provide FREE DELIVERY within India.

Q. How is the item delivered?

A. All the items are delivered through our logistics partner DHL, DTDC, FedEx & UPS.

Q. Is there any kind of Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax on receiving products?

A. Yes there may be Import Duty / Vat / Custom Tax and must be paid directly by you. Since these are not in our control and not even included in ordering process, Government may charge you there on receiving goods.

Q. Can I pay using my Debit card?

A. Yes, we accept all major debit cards.

Q. How do I know that you have received my payments?

A. You would receive an email confirmation that we have received your payments along with your order number.

Q. Can I pay using bank transfer? Where do I get details of your bank account?

A. Yes, you can pay through bank transfer. You would receive an email as soon as you choose pay by bank transfer as your option of payment.

Q. Are my credit card number / bank account number secure?


A. Credit card details are accepted through SSL protocol. Scripts capable of processing credit card transactions securely power all the transactions. This ensures that the information is encrypted before being transmitted.

Q. What is the procedure to return a product, if I don’t like it?

A. Please report the return to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You may email us or call us and inform us the same.

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Yes, we do accept returns if you don't like the product but you have to bare the shipping cost as well as selected additional cost like stitching or petticoat costs. We will not refund these additional costs.

Q. Will I get a full refund if I return the product?

A. The value of refund varies from one case to another. It would be under the sole discretion of the operations.
